Field Day!

Field Day – June 9th

Yellow Wood Academy is excited to announce our annual Field Day event on Monday, June 9th at Robinswood Park! Students will enjoy a day of outdoor activities, games, food, and community-building from 8:30 AM–1:30 PM.

Please complete the attached permission form and turn it in by email or to the front desk no later than Friday, June 5th.

Field Day Announcement – June 9th

Transportation to and from the park will be provided by school bus. If your student receives district transportation, please ensure they arrive at school by8:15 AM so we can prepare for departure.

Please note that regular classes will resume at school after the event, and supervision will continue until our normal dismissal time of 3:30 PM. Students whose regular pickup time is after 1:30 PM are welcome to remain at school for the rest of the day.

Lunch will be provided and will include:

• Costco pizza and hot dogs

• Chips

• Drinks

• Snacks

If your student has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please send a lunch from home.

As the weather may be warm, we encourage students to bring:

• A water bottle

• Sunscreen

• Comfortable clothing and shoes

• Any additional items needed for their comfort and enjoyment
