Summer Hours
Yellow Wood will be open through 6/18, from 8am-3:30pm each day. The building will be closed 6/19-7/5, and then reopen for Summer School 7/6-8/7, 8am-3:30pm daily.
If you have questions regarding your student, please reach out to your student's assigned administrator, or email info@yellowwoodacademy.org and we will reply as promptly as possible.
We look forward to seeing our students back on August 31st for our Meet-and-Greet and September 1st for the First Day of School and Picture Day!

Please place your order by Monday, June 8th to ensure your student receives their yearbook. Yearbooks will be distributed on Field Day, June 9th. Don’t miss out on capturing this year’s special memories!
Field Day Next Tuesday!
Yellow Wood Academy is excited to announce our annual Field Day event onTuesday, June 9th at Robinswood Park! Students will enjoy a day of outdoor activities, games, food, and community-building from8:30 AM–1:30 PM.
Please completethe attached permission formand return it to the school no later thanFriday, June 5th.
Transportation to and from the park will be provided by school bus. If your student receives district transportation, please ensure they arrive at school by8:15 AMso we can prepare for departure.
Please note that regular classes will resume at school afterthe event, and supervision will continue until our normal dismissal time of 3:30 PM. Students whose regular pickup time is after 1:30 PM are welcome to remain at school for the rest of the day.
Lunch will be provided and will include:
Costco pizza and hot dogs
Chips
Drinks
Snacks
If your student has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please send a lunch from home.
As the weather may be warm, we encourage students to bring:
A water bottle
Sunscreen
Comfortable clothing and shoes
Any additional items needed for their comfort and enjoyment
We are looking forward to a fun and memorable day together!
Rookly: The Summer League
By popular demand, Rookly is launching their first ever Summer League! Beat the heat with some amazing Rookly chess and compete against and alongside students from across the country.
Matches will take place every Monday from July 6th to August 3rd.
